Performance and features:
This series of Steel Coil Slitting production line is applicable to coils of various specifications.
It is used for slitting the coil into required width for the use of punch line through the procedure of uncoiling. pre-leveling. cropping, slitting and recoiling.
It has advantages such as proper layout, easy operation, highly automated and high production efficiency.
This line is adaptable to process cold-rolled and galvanized coils, silicon steel coils, stainless coils, prepainted coils, aluminum coils, and all sorts of plated and coated coils, and it widely applies to many industries like automobiles. containers, household appliances, food packing, construction materials, etc
This line consists of coilcar, uncoiler, slitter, scrap winder, scrap shear tension pad and coil recoiler, etc. Loop bridge, pinch and deviation corrector are equipped between each machine.
This automatic coil processing line is a integration of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic technology.
The smaller metal strips are recoiled at the end of the slitting machine by which these smaller strips are used necessarily for the next process usage in the professional field of making transformers, motors making industry, tube/pipe welding mill industry, Cold roll forming industry, ceiling drywall industry and other high-precison equipment making and metal strips making industries.
