Machine structure,
The machine consists of bed, worktable, cross-beam, sliding seat, ram, CNC system, cooling system, pneumatic system, slag discharge system, dust removal system, support plate and other components.
1. Machine Bed
The machine bed adopts integral welding structure, high temperature back quenching treatment, and then vibration aging treatment..
2. Fixed Single workbench
The machine adopts gantry structure, Taiwan YYC high-precision high-speed rack and pinion (helicon) double-sided drive and linear guide, with stable transmission and high precision.
Fixed worktable main frame: the whole bending process of ultra thick plate is adopted, and then the whole welding is formed, so as to have great bearing capacity.
3. Cross-Beam
The crossbeam is welded/casted as a whole. After two times of high temperature quenching and vibration aging, the crossbeam is formed by high precision processing.
4. X, Y, Z axis motion control
X, Y axis and Z axis adopt high torque servo motors, with high precision, high speed, large torque, large inertia, stable and durable performance. It ensures the high speed and acceleration of the whole machine.
5. Waste discharge carts
The lower part of the bed is equipped with carts, which can collect the waste in the production process and small parts.
6. Dust removal system
Our CNC laser cutting machine workbench has a special partition dust removal system, which is used to remove dust, waste gas and other substances in the production process, so as to make the working environment comfortable.
